Dr. Val Tigner, (AKA) The Dream Queen is the CEO and Founder of Virtue and Life, a faith-based transformational brand created to awaken, align, and empower individuals to live intentional, God-led lives. She is a prophetic dream mentor, teacher, and visionary leader with a mandate to help believers discern, steward, and respond to the way God speaks through dreams, visions, and divine encounters.
